CareGirlz Founder, Abigail Lupi, age 10, won
2011 President's Volunteer Service Award
for her philanthropic work in founding the CareGirlz. She was honored for her exemplary volunteer service in donating over 400 hours of her time to serve her community and her country. It was presented to her by The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program on behalf of President Barack Obama on February 11, 2011.

for her philanthropic work in founding the CareGirlz. She was selected one of 8 kids among a nation-wide group of nominees by Parenting Magazine-School Years. The article "Eight Amazing Kids Who Make A Difference" is published in the February 2011 issue.
